Collection: Handmade Rugs Ziegler

Ziegler classic handmade rugs are made in Afghanistan and Pakistan using traditional techniques from Arak, Persia. The British company Zeigler and Co. began making these rugs in England for the European market in the 1870s. The designs are often copied from Persian rugs. Gazni wool, handspun, of high quality is used and the color comes from natural pigments.
